I'm not certain what "cyrus with sieve commented out" means.  SIEVE
support is just part of Cyrus.  Perhaps you mean the timsieved service -
which allows you to manipulate SIEVE scripts.

Maybe you can take at look at the Cyrus IMAPd chapter of WMOGAG:

These aren't really errors; they just mean there is now SIEVE script.
