Ooh - indeed, does your cyrus.conf have a custom imapd.conf defined for processes, but that imapd.conf isn't specified for reconstruct... ? (there's a reason why we don't have an /etc/cyrus.conf or an /etc/imapd.conf on any of our systems!)
