Hi, you should check each of the folder's ACLs.
You probably lost permissions for these folders.

Oggetto: visibility of Mailbox-folders
Hello,
after having transferred a cyrus imap from one machine to another some
subfolders are not visible to the clients any more. The directories exist and
also cyradm tells me the whole tree of these mailboxes?
However the clients donś see them.
What went wrong and how can I fix this?
