with Cyrus here, but we have no shared mailboxes and no problems with high

Well, none, in general.  But it's a 200MB mailboxes.db so I assume
scanning that (to return nothing) is what takes up the cpu time.

0.23 seconds on a 35MB mailboxes file. I thought I saw in one of you other e-mails that yours was taking about one second?
