Nice idea, but you will keep the subject in the index anyway. So, if the subject is "Fuck the boss", you will not get rid of that..

like the size and the date.
the size may differ as the destination change, same for date, as it's a bulk delivery which could last several minutes.
You could replace the found files with the
same message, but where all what is confidential was removed.
