Some time ago I tried to get snmp monitoring of my cyrus installation. I got stuck back then and gave up. Today I tried again and surprisingly I managed to get a lot farther. I can read out the snmp values of 'a' cyrus instances. On each machine I run two cyrus instances.
Using different IP addresses or just different ports?
One master and one replica. However it is not clear how I can distinguish between the master and the replica.
If they are using different IP addresses I would expect that to work. I'ne never done that myself, though.
