No need to create dirs! reconstruct is able to read mailbox.db and
reconstruct all missing
directories
using something like:(depending "unixhierarchysep")
$ reconstruct -rf user/*
or
$ reconstruct -rf user.*
-r is a little broken and can be useless, but the '*' wilcard do the job
