Hmmmm, what is this? Im don`t any file what names like cyrreconstruct.
May be it calls now a "reconstruct"? If it so, im allready try it and it
is not help at all.

Try deleting the seen file on one of the mailboxes and see if that resolves the issue. If it does you will need to delete all of the seen files and let Cyrus recreate them. The only loss would be that previously read messages will now be unread. I would suggest backing these up in the future if it is a concern.
