If we had the ability to login as an > admin user, we'd never have to schedule them to come in for service. You may want to check the proxyservers parameter in imapd.conf. With it you can authenticate as proxyuser and authorize as user. I have "proxyservers: proxyadm" on my server and use it with imapsync for migrations.
