Not really.

Run sync_client in one-shot mode.

It's not a problem.  The sync protocol is (more or less) idempotent.

Shouldn't be needed, but you can run sync_client with either users or  
mailboxes on the command line.  If you're not sure that you're  
primary and replica are truly in sync, running through the list of  
suspect users is a good idea.
