Not sure if > that would help, but maybe worth a try.... I haven't done that yet, but I plan to do so. I wanted to see if it was a known problem before I tried that. The user did make a curious discovery the other day. There's a right-click menu item on his INBOX that says `Show deleted messages'. When he selected that, all his missing messages showed up, but they were marked as unread, not deleted.
