re-name cyrus IMAP mailbox

I've set up an IMAP mailbox -- foo@xxxxxxxxxx -- for a small organisation i do some work for. The account uses a particular employee's name. I've also set up some aliases (using Postfix) which point to various employees' personal mail accounts (gmail, etc.) for the org's various general addresses (eg. info@). Because most of the people involved are not in a central office, they preferred to just have the mails re-directed to their normal webmail accts.

But i didn't realise that the personal acct. was being used as a general acct. and now that person has stopped working for the organisation regularly, and just does a bit of work from home. What they've done is to keep the foo@xxxxxxxxxx on a shared machine at the office and i'd like to switch things a bit.

Basically, i want to switch foo@xxxxxxxxxx to point to this person's personal mail address in virtual-alias-maps (this part i can do, and this query isn't about that) and to point an existing address -- info@xxxxxxxxxx -- (that currently points to a gmail acct.) to the mailbox on the server for foo@xxxxxxxxxxx

Does this make any sense?

The reason i want to do this is that there's no gaurantee that this person will continue indefinetely with the organisation, and there are no personal msgs in this mailbox. It is used on the sole, shared box by whomever happens to be working in the office. So, this is just a housekeeping issue.

To wit: i'd prefer to have the info@ address point to the existing foo@ mailbox on the server (and change foo@ to an alias off-site). How can i change this?

My apologies if this is unclear.
