Tom, thanks for the advice, I'll look into it. I'm actually trying to create a synchronizer for an application that stores PIM data (calendar, contacts, etc) in an IMAP store. Once I've figured that part out, it would be an excellent addition to my ticketing system though. With IDLE support you can be informed of new deliveries as they occur. See "idled". You have to look at the code though. You probably wouldn't get status changes though. Sounds like you are working on a ticketing system?
