Hello,

we are using cyrus + sendmail since 6 months without any problems. But
in the last week i got the following message two times:

mail.log:
Oct 23 06:28:16 minimix cyrus/lmtpd[31716]: IOERROR: locking quota user.ban: Interrupted system call
Oct 23 06:28:16 minimix sm-mta[31717]: k9LB51ij027653: to=ban, delay=1+17:23:15, xdelay=00:01:40,
mailer=cyrusv2, pri=26042393, relay=localhost, dsn=4.3.0, stat=Deferred: 451 4.3.0 System I/O error

mail.err:
Oct 23 06:01:41 minimix cyrus/lmtpd[31020]: IOERROR: locking quota user.ban: Interrupted system call
Oct 23 06:03:22 minimix cyrus/lmtpd[31020]: IOERROR: locking quota user.ban: Interrupted system call
Oct 23 06:08:16 minimix cyrus/lmtpd[31234]: IOERROR: locking quota user.ban: Interrupted system call
Oct 23 06:09:56 minimix cyrus/lmtpd[31234]: IOERROR: locking quota user.ban: Interrupted system call

Oct 23 06:19:56 minimix cyrus/lmtpd[31327]: IOERROR: locking quota user.ban: Interrupted system call
Oct 23 06:28:16 minimix cyrus/lmtpd[31716]: IOERROR: locking quota user.ban: Interrupted system call
Oct 23 06:29:56 minimix cyrus/lmtpd[31716]: IOERROR: locking quota user.ban: Interrupted system call
....

I'm unable to fix the problem without killing the imapd process for that
user. We are usinge debian with Cyrus IMAP4 v2.1.18-IPv6-Debian-2.1.18-1+sarge2 and
maibox quota. There is no hint in the messages file which points to an filesystem
problem or something link that. Any idea ?

Best Regards,
  Thomas Paduch
