Hi, I don't think I can help you with the actual problem, but ...--On 21. September 2006 13:35:53 -0400 Elizabeth Schwartz <betsy.schwartz@xxxxxxxxx> wrote:
I'm trying to debug my cyrus installation, which has suddenly gotten very flaky since last night. Imap users report that they are being disconnected. Pop is fine. I am running cyrus 2.3.7 (blastwave build) on Solaris 10. Have already rebooted, run a reconstruct, and (since this is Solaris 10) run a scrub on the mail spool. I am not seeing unusual errors in the usual places. I enabled cyrus telemetry, and what I'm seeing is all of our IMAP connections ending with something like the log below.
Actually the connections don't "end". As far as I can tell the protocol is valid, only some random strings are added to the responses. They shouldn't do any harm. Perhaps the clients don't handle these responses well? Are all IMAP users having problems or just those with a specific client?
