No.  

maybe that will generally be the case but some people are likely to be screwed

We have a process in place for people who tell us they have paid personally and have to cancel because of corporate travel restrictions and are concerned about the cancellation fee.

how about company imposed?

As previously announced, the cancellation fee is not being waived for cancellations as a result of company travel restrictions.
