Just to be clear - China has been reclassifying existing patients and broadened the criteria for "Corona virus case" and related deaths.  The majority of the 14000 (call it ~12000 given daily recent numbers of about 2K new cases) are NOT new cases, but represent cases already known but not previously classified as CV cases.

I wanted to thank for the data points. It corresponds to some data I heard around me recently. It is very difficult to write about these things.

My current dilemma relating to other non-IETF travels is whether or not should I wear a mask through these transport hubs, airports, hotels, etc.

And I realize it is a hard dilemma. Reason should prevail. But for that to prevail it needs solid ground, no movement.

(I will give here my preferred analogy: my employer forbids travel to China but not elsewhere, just as local legislation forbids Xmeter distance between pesticide and house but allows (X+1)meter - is it meaningful or not, is that for the groups of people or is it for me as individual).
