1. Registration:

Early Bird Deadline:

	The early bird deadline for registration is Monday, February 3rd.
	Be sure to register and pay before the deadline passes!

	NOTE: If you have started the registration process but not completed
	payment, your registration record will be deleted at UTC 23:59 on
	February 3rd. After February 3rd at UTC 23:59 you will be required to
	re-enter your data and the registration fee will be $875 USD until
	the next registration deadline on March 9th, at which the
	registration fee will become $1,000 USD.
	
2. Visas & Letters of Invitation:
	
       NOTE: If you require a visa for IETF 107, please request a letter of
	invitation immediately and begin the application process. The IETF
	is providing the letter of invitation for IETF 107. If you
	experience issues using this letter to obtain a visa, please contact
	registrar@xxxxxxxx immediately for assistance.

3.  Accommodations:

       NOTE: Daily Breakfast is NOT included with any IETF hotel rates below.

	Room Rate: $249 CAD (single/double)
	Room Rates DO NOT include daily breakfast. 
	Room rate includes in-room high-speed Internet access and health club benefits. 
	Taxes of 5% GST, 8% PST, 3% Occupancy, and 1.5% Destination Fee (subject to change)

4. Code Sprint	

	The IETF 107 Code Sprint in Vancouver will, as
	always, let you work on fixing those things about the datatracker
	which you most urgently desire to do something about.

	When: Saturday, March 21 from 09:30 to 18:00

5.  Hackathon

	The IETF is holding a Hackathon at IETF 107 to encourage
 	developers to discuss, collaborate and develop utilities, ideas,
 	sample code and solutions that show practical implementations of
 	IETF standards.

	When: Saturday March 21 and Sunday March 22
	Where: Hyatt Regency Vancouver, Room TBD
