I’m pleased to announce that the Applied Networking Research Prize (ANRP) awardee for the IETF 106 meeting in Singapore is Weiteng Chen (UC Riverside) for "Off-path TCP exploit: how wireless routers can jeopardize your secrets", Proceedings of the USENIX Security Symposium 2018 (https://www.usenix.org/node/217606
