I read her note a little bit differently and the scope as much
less broad, but yes, there is some overlap.   Her note and
Randy's comments that were ultimately along some of the same
lines didn't seem to have had much effect.  Perhaps the
additional perspective in my note will.  Probably we won't be
that lucky, but I (and you, she, and Randy) can hope.
