Why would a person performing work which is described as
"administrative" have contractual obligations which have to be concealed?
In 2017, it was stated that "Requirements from the community about
IAOC transparency expectations are not clear" [1]. Will the conflict
of interest be disclosed if the case arises during LLC decision-making?
