if you dont know how to edit the document, here it is:
- download the xml -37 file from tools.ietf.org
https://tools.ietf.org/id/draft-ietf-ipwave-ipv6-over-80211ocb-38.xml
- rename it to a -39 file
- inside the file docName="draft-ietf-ipwave-ipv6-over-80211ocb-39"
- modify it to solve your issues
- get approval from the WG, or from representatives
- dont add any new thing that has IPR
dont add any new thing that has IPR
dont add any new thing that has IPR
- check the draft with xml2rfc.ietf.org
- upload the xml to tools.ietf.org, button "Draft Submission"
- wait for approval from at least one co-author (I will approve it if I
am ok; normally I am ok with many things now, as you have seen).
