Hi Paul, That double scroll bar seems to be a bug that appears only in certain versions of Firefox, and we are looking into solutions. It's been said before but it's worth repeating, as old habits die hard: while we do our best to follow the comments that are shared on IETF mail lists, we request that feedback and comments on the website be directed to website@xxxxxxxx, which feeds directly into our ticketing system and notifies all relevant parties.
