Greetings, all, There will be no technical plenary presentation at IETF 102 in Montreal. The IAB's technical plenary planning program guidelines on plenary planning seek to have (1) an excellent speaker or speakers on (2) a timely, engaging topic of broad interest to the IETF community, with (3) enough lead time to ensure smooth organization. In this case, (3) is missing: we have a couple of potential programs we're working on, but have not been able to pull them together in time for 102. We apologize for the lack of a program, but we hope you enjoy the extra time on Wednesday evening.
