the tools pulldown does not indicate anything like that

so if someone already knows that clicking on the tools item in the toolbar will 
take you to something that will make it possible to work its OK - but for everyone who 
does not have that magic information - so it goes
 

why not 
	1/ have a “links” entry in the topdown list
	or
	2/ lave a “links” item on the toolbar?
