Sure.  The people on this list can, and many others too.  Still, all of
us together are a tiny proportion of the users that would need to be
able to.

Stop.  Don't tell us.  Don't tell the customers.  Start writing emails
and making calls to hosting providers instead; get them to fix their
crap.  Make, publish, and keep up to date a list of viable providers.
