IANAL, IANAL, IANAL, IANAL, IANAL, IANAL, IANAL, IANAL, IANAL, IANAL

the ietf does not exist, but has a service address in the states. the
latter could easily be changed, e.g. to genevé.

"is an organized activity of" seems vague and could be interpreted as
the ietf is, for legal purposes, subsumed by isoc. this was likely not
an accident.

i assume the subpoena with the gag order was in the states, and the
server wore a brown shirt.

it would be cost effective not to have to get a us court decision
whether or not the subpoena/gag applied to the ietf.

>> can we move to iceland?

it is not an accident that cryptech's servers are in iceland and admin
in københavn.

i would be asking george if he minded if the eff was consulted; though
they are likely already a bit overwhelmed with brown shirts.
