I do think though that we could probably make it clearer somewhere
‘official’ what the issues are for people signing up to our lists, e.g.
perhaps at https://www.ietf.org/list/ <https://www.ietf.org/list/>. I
had a quick look and couldn’t see anything obvious there.
Once again, these complaints had nothing to do with our lists or anyone
else's. Carsten was complaining about sending mail to NIST, Philip about
sending mail to Gmail.
