I'm not very active at F2F meetings these days, but I recall being at
a 0800 meeting with Bob Braden once who huffed that this was a
mistake.  "All Internet meetings start at 9," he told me.  I've
adopted it as an axiom.

(Personal axioms do not always make good policy guideposts, but I had
to share the story.)
