I am not sure whether this makes sense. Assuming that Sabine made the invention but did not write the patent text herself, her analysis might be more or less biased by her original idea. However, our problem now is not (so much) what the original invention was, but more what could be considered by lawyers as being covered by the wording of the patents. S.
