*Thank you* I would like to suggest that in future notices, it lists where to look up the comments? The only email addresses in the draft was iab@xxxxxxx and the author, and the notice only had iab@xxxxxxx. I noticed the draft a few weeks ago and have been planning to follow it and was unable to find any discussion list for the draft. Do we need a non-wg@xxxxxxxx mailing list for the development of non-wg drafts?
