I agree with that.

And while the I* chairs have a lot of context, they are by no means the people with all the context, and the available context varies by person. As an example, while I am up to date at the high level on all topics, the detailed level of knowledge varies a lot. Whether you are completely plugged into the details of sponsorships, meeting arrangements, IANA transition, tools, IETF IT system… varies by person. And this also applies to Andrew and potential other people in the IAB that could have a role in the IAOC.
