+1 to Brian about the improvement (Brian, you had to at least leave a *little* on the table for others ;-). While I can't join you in Yokohama, my past experience is that most of the in person reporting is boring and takes up valuable time. This is a very welcome improvement, especially in its detail and transparency, and I wish I had thought to suggest it when I was on the board.
