Hi Donald, I disagree because IETF is benefiting from the world's participants work and is working for better diversity. The submission of ID into the IETF is a registeration of business with in the IETF. If the IETF is based on remote participation and that it accepts work from all the world, then it should be legal by law or business. IMHO, The IETF only should issue letters for registered people or participants with an ID submitted.
