The actual focus of the draft is encryption and -- unless I've
significantly misread the draft -- the term that covers what is
discussed therefore should be "opportunistic encryption".
AFAICT the meaning includes integrity protection as well as authentication based on an identity attached to the connection, so it's more than just encryption.
