You may find it interesting to poke around in. An “IPv6-enabled web browser” is a web browser that exchanges data with Google using IPv6, and implies not only the browser and laptop, but intervening network. An interesting comparison regarding “a year hence” is the range between the logistic curve prediction and the quadratic projection; where it’s actually going to be is probably bracketed by those numbers.
