strong +1. We seem to obsess with eat-dogfood application of a documentation/discussion/consensus mechanism which frankly is a poor fit for many endevours, and a remarkably poor fit for organizational dynamics and behaviours.

Stewart is on the money: we need to stop believing its in an RFC or else it doesn't apply, when it comes to how we act, as a social construct.
