The part where it says the IETF will work to mitigate Google's pervasive
monitoring. Also the part where it says Google's pervasive monitoring is
an attack on Internet communications. And the part where it says there's
a consensus on both points. There is no mention of Google in the draft,
so read that as any perpetrator of mass surveillance attacks.
