I'm not sure its "to deliver solutions" as much as facilitate existing groups to cooperatively
work on solutions, but the point is taken and quite a realistic concern.

I do not know whether the "ICANN" implementation of the multistakeholder will be 
used at all, as opposed to its practice in the RIRs, or as it is implemented in the IETF.

Happy to provide whatever information I can; I myself am unsure of 1net's probabilities
for success, but am keeping an open perspective on it and figure its better than some 
of the possible alternatives that might emerge trying to do the same.
