It is very easy, and very poorly documented.

Point your web browser at the list member options page, which is the
link in the List-Unsubscribe: header.  (Unsubscribing is one of the
options.)  Log in with your e-mail address and the password in the
reminder mail.  If you don't have a reminder mail, there's a button on
that page to send you one.

Once you're logged in, scroll down a page, and you'll see a button
"List my other subscriptions".  Ta da!  The number of subscriptions
can be quite startling.  I found I have 48.
