The Internet Society Board of Trustees has retained the
Executive Search firm of Odgers Berndtson to help us identify
qualified candidates for the Internet Society's President &
CEO position. As announced earlier this year, Lynn St.Amour plans
to step down as President & CEO in February 2014 at the
conclusion of her contract.
Founded in 1965, Odgers Berndtson provides an extensive range

Working with Odgers Berndtson, the Board's CEO Search Committee
has finalized the position description, below. The position is
being announced on the homepage of the Internet Society website
and in messages to all ISOC member and stakeholder email lists and
appropriate Internet community lists. Additionally, in the next
two weeks, Odgers Berndtson will place an advertisement in The
Economist magazine and publicize the opportunity through its
global network.
