That's not what's being done, Mike, and such hyperbole doesn't facilitate meaningful exchange.
There have been two exceptions raised -- one about diversity and this second about open solicitation of candidates. Both have been concrete and targeted criticisms, with plenty of thoughtful postings in their respective threads.
