I think that diversity is already taken into account much more than just as a tie-breaker. Nomcon does look at a lot of the factors influenced by the candidates background / diversity stats already as actual job qualifications: Knowlege/presence of geographic regions, collaborative influencing leadership stle, ability to engage with other cultures, etc. pp. Cheers Toerless
