Mike provided a pointer to Lakshminath's detailed Nomcom report
(2007-2008) to me in private e-mail yesterday (it's available at

All of these reports were presented to the community at the meetings
where the new slates were seated, so they aren't considered
confidential, and they could be helpful for people who are thinking
about Nomcom now, but haven't served on a recent Nomcom.

Nomcom chairs have provided a high-level reports at plenary meetings
(for example,
