[WEG] I might suggest a small tweak (in brackets below) to this part of the text given some of the previous discussions around blue sheets/privacy and documenting people's participation in IETF potentially against their will:

- You understand that meetings [and therefore your participation in them] might be recorded, broadcast, and publicly archived.
I think this makes things a little more explicit in a way that may be helpful to those who are less familiar with IETF meetings.

Otherwise, consider this a +1 to comments supporting simplification of the Note Well text to make it a more effective summary.
