Sunday March 20 is Palm Sunday, the Thursday and Friday before Easter (as well as the Monday after) are religious holidays in many European countries. If you want to avoid a clash with Easter and related days, then one will have to move the meeting to either the week of 13-18 March, or the week of 3-8 April.
I agree, and prefer the former.
