Just to add a little perspective for the Celsius-challenged ;-), 32C =
89.6F.  Warm, but not IMHO life-threatening, even for the sedentary ;-).

Yes, that would be a good idea; taxis are plentiful, extremely cheap
_and_ they'll actually take you places (as opposed to Seoul, MSP and QC,
where I have been repeatedly refused carriage)...
