The reality is that for now and for the next several years, anyone who
wants to communicate with "the Internet" had better figure out how to
get their packets back and forth to the IPv4 Internet.  This is
totally unfair to new entrants who don't have a source of cheap IPv4
space.  Tough.

I'm all in favor of doing IPv6 experiments and opportunistically using
it when you notice that a remote party supports it, but the urgency of
doing so has been greatly overstated.
