Unless you provide IPv6 only sites, you should see very little ... that is part of the point :).

I agree, but get me native everywhere before taking away one connection mechanism that does work.

That fails, 20% of time. Seems unlikely that it's going to go away anytime soon, draft or no, that said it seems unwise to keep telling the users and implementors to use it. by default.
