I would prefer a name that indicated that it was the resolvers that are whitelisted.
From the draft:

The AAAA records aren't thr things being whitelisted.

How about "IPv6 DNS Resolver Whitelisting"
or "IPv6 AAAA DNS Resolver Whitelisting"
